1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NetPron Technologies website (www.netpran.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
NetPron Technologies provides custom software development, enterprise software products, IT consulting, and related technology services. The specific terms of any project engagement are governed by the separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement entered into between NetPron and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in software, designs, and deliverables created by NetPron under a project engagement are assigned to the client upon full payment of all invoiced amounts. NetPron retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a specific non-disclosure agreement prohibits this. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by NetPron Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. NetPron will not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms for NetPron's services are as specified in the project proposal or invoice. NetPron reserves the right to suspend work if invoices are not paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
NetPron Technologies' liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India and the state of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
